Don't know if anyone is interested, but I have been told that there is a
new release of a sequence analysis/stats program for unix machines
apparently available over the net (no, I don't have shares in this
company!). I have used the stats functions before, which seemed to work
fine, but I have not had a chance to check out the rest of the new
additions. I got the info from www.bbn.com.
