Position available immediately for an individual with bioinformatics
training. Position will involve setting up an maintaining a client
server of bacterial genomic sequences. The person should have experience
working with relational database management sytems, development of
GUI's (graphical user interface) and platform experienc such as
SUN, IBM, MacIntosh and Vax. Although not required, it will be beneficial
to have some understanding of the molecular biology of prokaryotes.
