I hope to have a version of seqpup ready this summer
that will do restriction mapping (I'm working on that today)
and other basic seq analyses, similar to strider.
It will run on MSWindows as well as Mac and XWindows.
For those of you using SeqApp (Mac) or the pre-release
seqpup, now is a good time to suggest changes to the
way it works. Take a look at the pre-release seqpup
