I have a reference to a ms-dos program called Delta. It is supposed
to be at huh.harvard.edu /pub/software/ but I have been unable to get
into this site to find it, nor do I know an exact filename(s).
Can anybody point me to another site that has the program?
The little that I know about it is: it is a taxonomic description
language for encoding descriptions for computer processing.
