I am looking for software (PC or MAC) that can help me examine video tapes
(frame by frame) looking for stereotypical mouth movements of rats. (I know
this sounds bizarre - but it has to do with taste reactivity to various
substances.) I know that software was developed many years ago (to run on
PDP-8's, I believe) that could do cell differentials (identify and count
different cell types from an image). It seems that my problem might be
amenable to similar pattern recognition techniques. Any leads would be
appreciated, either here or by e-mail.
