I'm trying to figure out how to select enzymes to digest sequences in the
mac program DNA strider v. 1.2. If anyone could help, please reply either
to this group or via e-mail to reynard at accord.caltech.edu.
Yeah, I know it's shareware, and we will pay the fee if it's useful. It's
just that I can't tell if it's going to be of use to us until I know how
the digest feature works.
