TreeTool works fine as a stand-alone program, reading its tree in from a
file with standard tree format. It can be obtained by ftp from
ftp.bio.indiana.edu in directory molbio/unix, or from
ftp.embl-heidelberg.de (or maybe ftp.ebi.ac.uk) also.
