I'm looking for a utility, or code fragment, that estimates the isoelectric
points of proteins from IUPAC (single-character) amino acid sequences.
I tried looking for the protein in all of the different protein databases
available for the net to see if I couldn't find a reference to the IP there,
but no luck. I have the aa sequence, now all I need is the code (I could
always write it, but no need to reinvent the wheel).
