Hi,
I need to take a multiple alignment and plot the variable regions and the
conserved regions. Is there any software that does this. In MacCLade I can
get a window that tells me how many character states are at any one position.
I'm sure I can plot this using a spreadsheet, but it might get a bit tedious
if I've got to do it for a few different aligments.
Maybe I'm just being lazy.....
