Hello. Last week I obtain from the "broccoli.mfn.ki.se" ftp site the
"RNADRAW" program. The only thing I can the program makes has been to
"transcribe" dna files to rna. I am sure that the program has a lot of
other capabilities, but I can't find them.
Could anybody help me? There is another program that generates the
"rnafold output files"?
