Does any one out there have a copy of a program called N-SITES. It searches for regulatory elements (TATA , CCAAT boxes etc.) Or alternatively if anyone can recommend a good program (preferably free) which can do so, then please get in touch with me directly. Hassan Abdulrazzak (phD student)
