I am currently interested in buying a scanner and Windows software
that can:
1) Give a near photograph quality image of our SDS-PAGEs
2) Analyze the image to determine % of total cell protein for
individual
bands.
3) Determine molecular weights.
4) Allow export of the image into MS Word or at least a variety of
formats.
If anyone has a favorite system that costs under $3000, please let me
know.
