Now available -- Version 2 DNA/GUI (DNA Graphical User Interface)
DNA/GUI is an interactive software system for analysis of electrophoretic
gel images of the types used in genome mapping. DNA/GUI features automatic
lane and band detection and a unique spatial-normalization algorithm.
The software in written in C and uses the X Window System in a
Unix environment. The software and User's Guide are free and may be
