The Metabolic Interactive Simulation Tool, MIST, is now
available as freeware at

MIST is a user-friendly metabolic simulator, running under Windows 3.1,
that can be used to
* Dynamically simulate user-defined metabolic pathways
* Solve the steady state of the pathways
* Determine stoichiometric constraints in the pathways
* Calculate the control coefficients of the pathways
Graphic facilities makes it easy to view the results of the simulations
and of the calculations numerically or in graphs in the simulation window.
