	If you haven't already done so, take a look at the online WWW 
interface for sequence submission at NCBI:

	http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/BankIt/index.html

We stopped using Authorin for sequence submission because the online
Forms package provided by NCBI was so easy to use.
