Hello,
I am looking for a code that implements a neural network to
predict secondary structures for proteins from amino acid sequences.
I know there are lot of e-mail servers that do that, but I would like
to have a copy of the program so that I could run it on a machine
locally, instead of having to deal with e-mail.
any help will be appreciated. Thank you very much!
