In the EMBL data library release notes you'll find this information.
(if you don't have it, you might use ftp.ebi.ac.uk, in directory
/pub/databases/embl/release, relnotes.doc, or gopher to bioftp.unibas.ch
in the EMBnet / Database / EMBL path. )
