There is an ad in the "Alpha AXP Applications Bonus Book" for just such a
beast. "Xview Toolkit" is produced by Unipress software. Interested
parties can reach them at 800/737-4847 ext. Q13. The number appears to be
DEC's, but they'll send you information.
