In Volume 224 of Methods in Enzymology David M. hilles et al. describe a
program for phylogenetic analysis of DNA, called PAUP written by David L.
Swofford.
This program should be available as c code for most workstations and
mainframes. Is there an ftp server to fetch it from ?
