Hi netters:
I am looking for a software for protein sequence analysis. I already have
the one in GCG and Intelligenetics. I am interested in a program
which can give some quantitative data, for stastical analysis, and
also can use an user defined matrix. I would highly appreciate if
someone can give information on this.
