Thure Etzold's SRS can do a 'sequence length' with an expression like
you want. A result looks like the following
Q1 (retrieval) := "[Sequence-SeqLength#120:200]" found 24405 entries
7257 entries from SWISSPROT
17134 entries from TREMBL
14 entries from SWISSNEW
