Hi!
There are plenty of servers that will do a secondary structure prediction
of a protein sequence.
I do remember however that there was a server that would do database
searches using secondary structure as an input.
What one would get would be a list of matches to proteins with
similar distribution of helices, bets heets etc.
Was I dreaming or there is something like that out there?
