A Mac version of the first COILS program (1.0) is MacStripe by
Alex Knight (knight at wi.mit.edu). He has been distributing the
program over E-mail.
A PC version in c++ of COILS 2.1 (the most recent version) was
written by Larry Harvie at UMass Medical and should become
available rsn (real soon now) on the ALF.BIOCHEM.MPG.DE server
(accessible by anonymous ftp).
