>Charles,
We have used SeqApp successfully (with MacClade and PAUP). SeqApp
has a number of these kinds of intermittent bugs.
- Use plenty of memory.
- Throw away the preference file and give SeqApp a chance to rebuild
it.
- If you ever crash while running seqApp make sure to throw away the
pref file.
- save your docs regularly, check them with a text editor (like BBEdit
lite)
Good luck. Keep hoping for seqPup (Don seems to have given up
pouring good code after bad and is moving over to a new environment
that promises to make his hard won code able to run on several
platforms.)
