Growth rate & generation time

I'm making the growth curves of many strains of the nitrogen fixing 
bacteria Rhizobium with different carbon and nitrogen sources. I have 
data of number of cells per ml VS time.

Could someone tell me where I can retrieve (via Gopher) a program for 
MS-DOS or Windows that let me:
- Plot the growth curve.
- Calculate the growth rate constant (k) and generation time (g).
- and print the results.

I really apreciate this information.
