ligand binding analysis program

Hi !

Anyone out there know of a readily available program for ligand binding data 
analysis - Scatchard plots, affinities, association constants etc etc.  to run 
on PC under DOS or Windows.  Only one I've tracked down so far is LIGAND 
written in 1980 in BASIC.
