Ordering DNA Sequences (ODS) is a software program that has been
developed by the Arnold Laboratory in the Genetics Department at the
University of Georgia.

ODS is appropriate for those engaged in chromosome walking, STS
content mapping and contig mapping. It couples physical mapping
algorithms with a friendly user interface so the software can be
easily used by laboratory scientists. This program (which will be
available in a UNIX version early next year) runs on a 386 or 486
PC with MS-Windows and at least 5 Mb RAM. For more information
contact ods at bscr.uga.edu.
