Prism fits probably a couple of dozen of the commoner biological
functions, including logistic functions (of which Michaelis-Menten and
sigmoid functions are examples). In addition, you can specify a function
you want fit and it will find (and graph) the best least-squares fit by
iteration. You can also specify on the data sheet any outliers you do not
want included in the fit, or plotted on the graph. It is really pretty
useful and intuitive. Gives you tables of stats concerning the best fits
as well (eg in your case, the Km ± error, Vmax ± error). Get Harvey
