Hi, everyone:
I posted a message sometime ago asking for help regarding to the mac
version of RNA fold. I should thank for the people who responded. The
program (mulrnafold.hqx) is located in ftp.bio.indiana.edu. There is also
a viewer program called loopdloop.hqx for viewing and editing the results
from mulrnafold.
The problem is, the loopdloop.hqx is very difficult to manipulate and
often crushes. So, I am still looking for a mac program capable of editing
and printing after folding my RNA.
Also, tips for operating this two programs are appreciated.
