I am searching for either source code or binaries to run
Shannon-Weiner and similar diversity index calculations for either
Macintosh or Unix systems. Bootstrap calculations of variance would
also be useful.
I am aware of a few books that have sample programs in them, but
before I start entering Fortran code, I'd like to see if someone
already had a handy C program or the like already done up.
