Hi Roger,
I had a similar unpleasent experience with the IBI-tech support. The rep I finally got a hold of was almost outright rude.. oh well, but at least I got what I want (MacVector 4.1.4 demo version).
I called: 1-800-243-2555 (got number from 1-800 directory assistance)
Has anybody experiences to share with MacVector 4.1.4? Is it more stable than 3.5? Any alternative suggestions?
