My lab works on beta (1,3)glucan synthase of fungi (callose synthase of
plants). Part of this work involves using inhibitors such as
echinocandins, papulacandins and others; most have MW of about 1000. I am
interested in a computer program that will model these compounds; we have
both a 486 66 and a Quadra 840AV. Does anyone know of and has used such a
program?
