software for codon usage

Hello everyone,


I wish to design a gene, to be constructed synthetically,
about 750 bp long. I would like the design to incorporate
codon usage optimal for E. coli, and also to include
multiple unique restriction sites. Can someone advise me as
to whether there is SOFTWARE, either in the PUBLIC or
PRIVATE domain, that would help me with this design project?
