Brian,
Besides the suggestion to upgrade to the latest version of xbap, one
thought is that you have transfered only the xxx.seq files and not the xxx
files to the SPARCstation. Note that the xxx files are those that are without
any extension and are binary files, while the xxx.seq files are plain ASCII
files containing the sequence from the ABI. Actually, all the xbap and ted
programs need is the xxx file as ted will generate and new xxx.seq file once
you manually edit the binary data with ted.
