I am looking for a software package to analyze electrophresis patterns,
DNA od proteins. Desirable traits are as follows:
- Graphic capabilities (read and export gel images such as TIFF, BMP, or other common
graphic format).
- Windows compatible (or DOS)
- Capable of determining sizes, weights, and densities.
- Restriction maps
note: I guess that more than one package is required for doing those functions. Please, let
me know where I can find it (them)(free software).
