I've just uploaded the following program to various FTP sites:
fmtbar10.zip File Manager Toolbar 1.0 for Win3.1 or higher
File Manager Toolbar v.1.0 for Windows(tm) 3.1 or higher -
provides your File Manager with a toolbar similar to one used in
Windows for Workgroups(tm). Great timesaver! Shareware.
Currently it can be found in the following places:
