Dear Netters,
Sorry if this is a Faq, but where can I find for
free or cheaply a Dos-based program to compute the
similarities between inputed protein sequences?
Does not have to be capable of doing lots at one
time -- just is this sequence similar to that one
with conservative replacements, etc.
Or is there a server on the net that can do
this for me (not against the data banks --
I know how to do that)
