I want to calculate alpha-helicaity etc from CD spectra. Who is aware of
good software?
The Deleage package is prettygood, but very sensitive to the structure of
spectra in the range of 190-210 nm. So everything not perfect gives meeningless results. Even good-looking spectra from a totally alphahelical protein (interferon alpha) resulted in strange data!
So, what could I use in addition?
