A beta version of a BLAST Viewer for viewing NCBI BLAST results is available
on milo.dcrt.nih.gov under pub/bob/beta4.  The beta version is for SUN4's
running SUNos 4.1.x and requires either X11R5 (run's under X11R4) or 
Openwindows 3.
