Does anyone know a program that can predict secondary structure and
possible primerdimers from degenerate primers?
The primers I am usually useing contain degenerasis of all four bases or
less in several positions, total degenerasy ranging from about 100 to
several thousands, so doing this manually is a bit tricky to say the
least!
Any info is appreciated.
