shaded ribbons

dear bionet'ers


I have seen in a paper a ribbon drawing of a protein model
where the ribbons are shaded according to the degree of identity
of the various regions (white = 0 % to black 100 %)

unfortunately there is no reference of the program used to 
do that

does somebody know the programm able to do that ??

is it commercially available or is it available on the Internet
