Medline on CD-ROM: Knowledge Finder vs Silver Platter

I do not know how they store the information. However, from my experience,
i think that MEDLINE contains more information than KNOWLEDGE FINDER.

KNOWLEDGE FINDER has a strange logic behind the search and i would like to
decide myself which information is relevant for me.
