Hi!
I looked around but found no good answer so here it comes. I know
of some programs that would allow for prediction of 3-d structure
from aa sequences. Are all these programs commercial? Is there a
shareware of freeware?
Is there a server that would do the predictions (like for the 2-d
structures).
Any info appreciated
