Have you tried PROPHET? It is a statistics/molecular modelling/sequence
analysis package licensed by the NIH and owned by Bolt Beranek and Newman,
Inc. (BBN). We have it running on a Sun Sparcstation 2 (thus my e-mail
address). Contact BBN for more info:
Telephone: 617-873-2669

We're fitting differential equations that describe
L + R <> L.R > L-R
+
B <> R.B
in order to get the reversible on and off rates for L + R. We measure R.B
formation and provide values for the other rates. Works pretty well.
Good luck,
Duke
