I have had the same miserable experiences with the GPO - they also took
so long in responding to my queries that the price of the CDs went up
by the time the order was finally processed - leading to even more delay!!!
Unfortunately, you can't sue Uncle Sam, and can't even expect a MINIMAL
level of competence or common sense!
