SeqApp and ClustalW

Several of the programs that work with seqapp have been modified
in a small way to do that. These are programs that normally
take input data from "standard input", a special file in command
line operating systems. These programs, like ClustalW, can be
made to work with SeqApp by modifying their source to read input
from a disk file of a given name. SeqApp can then write commands
to this file, and call the application to read commands from that
file. You will need to get the source for ClustalW and modify it
to read commands from a file of some name like "clustal.input" before
it will work with Seqapp.
