Announcing the query language...
SMITE
This is a query language (plus required indexing software) for the PRINTS
protein fingerprint database. It is available via anonymous ftp from
s-ind2.dl.ac.uk [pub/database/prints/smite]
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov [repository/PRINTS/smite]
and other good mirroring sites (e.g. Weizmann etc)
Executables are available for a variety of UNIX systems (e.g. SGI, SunOS,
Solaris, OSF).
This is a beta test release.
You need to ftp the PRINTS database for this software to work.
