Dear netters,
i would like to know wether it is possible to reformat the binary
encoded medline databases (provided by NCBIs entrez or from the
commercial CDROM supplier, are they ASN.1 too?) in the ASCII oriented
medlars (? similar to the EMBL sequence database) format, even if the
amount of data is much more in this representation.
"Playing" around with the ncbi toolbox didn't result in a sufficient
program unfortunately.
