I am working on software for processing karyotype data stored using the ISCN
1985 and 1991 nomenclature. I believe some work of this type may have resulted
in software being published in the USA or Canada.
I wonder if you have come across this software or any similar package for
manipulating this nomenclature? If so I would appreciate any information you
can provide about its origin.
