stem and loop prediction program needed...

Hi :)

 I need a software for UNIX(SUN-OS) or MS-DOS which can predict
stem and loop from given DNA/RNA sequences. I don't want to fold whole
sequences, but to examine local stem and loop structure like T7 terminator.
Is there any software or subroutine for that?
